Souvenir Shop – Terms & Conditions
Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to purchases made through the Souvenir Shop. They do not apply to any tour bookings, ticket purchases, or other services offered by our company. Separate terms may apply to tour bookings and related services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on this website at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
1. Order Processing & Shipping
- We ship worldwide from Thailand.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery times: 2–5 business days within Thailand; 7–21 business days internationally, depending on courier and destination.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues. Please contact us within 7 days if your order is lost or damaged.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Thai Baht
- Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, Alipay, and Thai Mobile Banking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Product Descriptions
- We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
- Availability is subject to stock; in the event an item is out of stock after purchase, we will issue a full refund.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order if the item has not yet been shipped: Full refund.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
- No returns are accepted for non-defective items.
- Non-refundable items include perishable goods, personal care products, custom-made items, and sale items.
5. Customs & Duties
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local authorities.
6. Liability
- We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of products.
- Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once it is delivered, except in cases of defects.
