1. Personal Data for Tour Bookings
- Your personal data is required to confirm your booking with Bukit Elephant Park.
- We collect this data to verify your identity and prevent fraudulent bookings.
- Hotel and room number information is collected for transportation purposes and to assist in locating guests if necessary.
- Phone numbers and email addresses are used for communication about pickup times, meeting the driver, program changes, and emergencies.
- Food preferences and restrictions (e.g., allergies, vegetarian, spicy level) are collected for the Elephant Nature program only, to ensure meals meet your requirements.
- Personal data is stored for 5 days after your visit. For advance bookings, data is kept until your tour date, then destroyed within 5 days.
- If you cancel your booking, your personal data will be destroyed after we confirm your cancellation.
- If you have an outstanding balance after participating in a tour, we may keep your data for up to 1 month or longer to collect payment.
2. Personal Data for Souvenir Shop Orders
- We collect your name, shipping address, phone number, and email address to process and deliver your order.
- Payment information is handled securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full credit card details.
- Phone and email details are used to communicate about order confirmation, shipping updates, or any issues with your purchase.
- We retain order-related personal data for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes, typically for up to 1 year unless otherwise required by law.
- For defective or incorrect items, your contact details will be used to arrange replacements or refunds.
3. Data Sharing
- We do not share your personal data with any third parties except as required to process your booking or order (e.g., payment gateways, delivery services).
- All personal data is securely stored and managed by Bukit Elephant Park and its official systems.

Cancellation policy / Refund policy
All bookings and purchases made with Bukit Elephant Park Phuket, including tour reservations and souvenir shop orders, are accepted only on the basis of the following Terms and Conditions. You, all members of your party, and Bukit Elephant Park Phuket are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You MUST agree to the declaration shown during the booking or checkout process so we can process your reservation or order:
“I confirm that the above details are correct, and I agree to your Terms and Conditions.”
All deposits and payments are made to secure your place in our booking system or to confirm your order. These are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the relevant cancellation and refund policy for tours or the souvenir shop.
Tour Booking – Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If the customer would like to change the visit date, we can change the visit
date for no extra charge only under these circumstances. - Change the visit date 2 days in advance1. Cancellation more than 72 hours (3 days) in advance: Full refund
2. Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours (between 3 days and 1 day): 50%

3. Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund For no-show or late arrival at the

Souvenir Shop – Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order if the item has not yet been shipped: Full refund.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Non-refundable items include perishable goods, personal care products, custom-made items, and sale items.
